Where is the Conference to be held?

KingsGate Conference Centre, 2 Staplee Way, Peterborough PE1 4YT 

What time does the Conference begin?

The first session will begin at 9:45am each day.

What time will the doors be opened?

The doors to the venue will be opened at 8:00am each day.

What is your Refund Policy?

Refunds will not be possible; however, tickets may be reassigned by the purchaser.

What Price are the Tickets?

The ticket price is £107 per person for the two days, this includes the booking fee.

Can I buy more than one Ticket?

YES, you will be able to buy up to 10 tickets in a single transaction. Where multiple tickets are purchased there will be a corresponding number of tickets generated, one for each attendee.

What is the difference between a HREW Conference Ticket and the SOZO Conference ticket?

The HREW Conference has the SOZO National Conference running alongside in the same building but in a separate conference hall.  The SOZO Conference takes place during the afternoons of Friday and Saturday and only holders of SOZO Conference tickets will be allowed to attend. Attendees of the SOZO Conference will be able to attend the morning and evening sessions of the HREW Conference.  HREW Conference ticket holders will be able to attend all HREW events and seminars taking place in the main hall.

What If I don’t have a PayPal account?

You will be directed to PayPal to make the payment.  If you do not have a PayPal account when, you reach the PayPal page, look for the statement “Save information & create your PayPal account”.  This text has a tick option at the end and you will need to “UNTICK” this option.

How do I get my Ticket?

Your ticket will be sent to your email address as an attachment (.pdf). It will show the QR code that you need to present when you arrive.

Do I need to print my Ticket?

If you prefer to print your ticket, that’s fine, just make sure the QR code has properly printed. Otherwise the QR code can be scanned off Smartphones or similar devices. Please make sure you have your QR code readily available when you arrive.

Do I have to enter all attendees?

YES, where multiple tickets are to be purchased the attendees listed must also include the Main Contact (Purchaser) if that person is also attending.

Can I purchase Tickets at the door?

NO, tickets will not be available at the door.

Will any food and drink be available at the venue?

There will be Hot and Cold drinks available for purchase within the venue. There will no food served in the venue but some food vendors will be attending outside the venue.

Are there any eating facilities nearby?

A list of nearby eating facilities is available on the Healing Rooms England and Wales (HREW) website. Note – these are not recommendations by HREW.

Does the venue have disability access?

YES, KingsGate has full disabled access at its’ venue. There is a Blue Badge car park and main conference rooms are on the ground floor, with lift access to the first floor. Disabled toilets are in each corridor and on the first floor. Some of the seats are only accessible by steps.  If you need a seat with full accessibility, please indicate this when booking your ticket. 

Does the venue have a hearing loop?

YES, there is a hearing loop in the main auditorium on the right side (floor seating area) as you face the stage, also in the Carmichael and Seymour Suites.

Is there nominated parking for Blue Badge holders?

YES, an area of the main car park will be set aside for Blue Badge holders. However, it must be understood that use of these spaces cannot be guaranteed as they will be filled on a “first come first served” basis.

How close is the venue to the railway station?

The venue is approximately 12 minutes by car from Peterborough’s mainline railway station and is a short drive to the city centre and many local hotels.

Is the venue served by local buses?

YES, there is a bus service every 20 minutes (weekdays only) from Peterborough Bus Station to KingsGate Conference Centre.

Where can I park my car?

KingsGate is located minutes off Peterborough’s main ring road with easy links to the A1 north and south, the Midlands and East Anglia, and offers free parking for 400 cars and vehicles. The nearest additional public carparking is at:

Charges will apply for these car parking spaces. 

We therefore encourage delegates to car share as much as possible.

Will the events and Seminars be recorded?

NO, due to copyright rules no recordings will be made available.
