Monday mornings 11:00am – 1:00pm and Thursday evenings 6:00pm – 8:00pm weekly (excluding bank holidays)
We are now in our second year of receiving guests in the Healing rooms at the Crown pub Horwich.
Come , Be welcomed, Loved and Encounter Jesus through His Holy Spirit.
We will close after the session Thursday 30th July 8pm for our August break .
We will restart on Monday 7th September for the Autumn.
We will close for the Christmas break at 1pm Monday 14th December..
We will reopen on Monday January 11th 2027

Horwich is a town and civil parish in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, Greater Manchester, England, within the historic county boundaries of Lancashire.
It is 5.3 miles (8.5 km) southeast of Chorley, 5.8 miles (9.3 km) northwest of Bolton and 15 miles (24 km) northwest of Manchester.

Horwich Healing Rooms were thrilled today to reopen in The Crown Pub Horwich after a break for the full refurbishment of the premises. The place looks splendid and felt very welcoming as we came back together to pray for anyone and everyone who wishes to receive a loving, healing word from Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. You may have physical, emotional, relational or spiritual needs. You do not need to know God but our desire is that you will encounter Him as we stand alongside you.
Horwich Healing Rooms Christmas lunch
The Horwich team enjoyed our Christmas lunch yesterday in The Crown pub where we meet as Horwich Healing Rooms. It was a great success and one of our friends from the pub joined us as well as being able to bless the management and staff with Christmas gifts and Love.
Horwich Healing Rooms opened By Town Mayor.
On Thursday evening 12th September 2024 the Healing Rooms of England and Wales opened in our local Horwich venue inside the Crown hotel, Chorley New Road, Horwich. BL6 7QJ
Every Monday morning 11am -1pm and every Thursday evening 6-8pm a small team of Christians from across the area, trained by HREW ,will serve the community by offering prayer for Healing of physical, emotional and relational needs to adults over 18..
Mayor Ian Aldcroft began our new journey for us and we were hosted by Beverley and her staff in the Crown. A number of local church leaders and pastors were with us as well as members of the Horwich Healing Rooms advisory board and team. We are deeply grateful to all those who have supported us and prayed for us as we have prepared for this time.
As Mayor Ian Aldcroft officially opened our venture he acknowledged the generosity of the Crown owners and managers in providing this space for the new intiative where compassion and a confidential prayer ministry is being offered to anyone facing any of life’s challenges and pains.
We are not a church or a counselling service but we honour and value all of these established groups locally and nationally. We are all part of different church bodies and some have worked in different areas of the NHS and done counselling work over time.
The Director of the Healing rooms Sara Hailwood, a retired Horwich GP, reminded us all of God’s timing in moving us forward in life and that the Winds of Change are affecting all of our lives.
We all as a team have felt led to carry the love of Christ to our community in a new way in these changing and challenging times both individually and for our town and nation and our stretched and fragile NHS.
Our trust and our faith are rooted in Christ’s love and His faithfulness to His promises that He will respond to our prayers and release healing when we look to Him.
We welcome you all to come and meet with us in the coming months.
